Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions and services purchased from Exatorial Software Private Limited (“Exatorial”), across our products and engagements at exatorial.com and related domains.
1. Cancellations
- You may cancel a subscription at any time by writing to hello@exatorial.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
- For project-based services, cancellation and wind-down terms are as set out in your order form or proposal.
2. Refunds
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — report within 7 days of the charge; we refund the full duplicate amount.
- Service not provisioned — if you have paid and we fail to provision the service within the agreed time, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Partial periods — fees for the current billing period are not refunded on cancellation, unless required by law or agreed in your order form.
- Services already delivered — engineering, design, onboarding or configuration work already performed is non-refundable.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
4. Service delivery
Our offerings are digital services — there is no physical shipping. Access is provisioned to your registered email/organisation, typically within 2 business days of payment confirmation (or as agreed in your onboarding plan).
